McKinney Islamic Association: McKinney's vision is to establish a dynamic Islamic center that addresses the religious, educational, and social needs of the Muslim communities.

One of the primary goals at McKinney is to enhance community unity significantly and make contributions to society as a whole through outreach programs and social services. Alongside offering the five daily prayers, Friday prayers, Ramadan activities, and McKinney prayer services, the center provides various programs and services for the wider DFW community. Some of these services are as follows:

Social Services
- McKinney offers a free medical clinic for the underprivileged and significant social services to those in need within the community.
- Free Medical Clinic (Every Saturday by Appointment)
- Financial Assistance to the Needy
- Sadaqa and Zakat Distribution
Educational Services
- Summer/Sunday School
- Quran Learning Classes for Kids
- Hifz School
- Weekly Educational Lectures/Halaqas
- Seminars/Conferences
Prayer Services
- Five Daily Prayers
- Friday/Jumuah Khutbah and Prayer
- Ramadan Activities including Iftar and Taraweeh Services
- EID Ul-Fitr and EID Ul-Adha Prayers
Outreach Activities
- Mosque Open Houses
- Islam 101 classes for individuals from other faiths
- New Muslim Outreach
